Online Customer Experience Specialist

As a key member of our e-commerce operations team, we are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service & Online Listings Associate to support our US-based business. This is a full-time remote role focused on creating and managing online postings, handling customer communication, and conducting research to ensure product accuracy.
You will work closely with our local sales team and play a key role in driving product visibility and customer satisfaction. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively interact with customers and ensure seamless transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for advertising postings on various platforms, including OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist. You will also need to track sold items, remove or update postings accordingly, and maintain open communication with the local sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Furthermore, you will be required to enhance existing postings by adding more complete information and optimizing for customer engagement. Your ability to respond promptly to inquiries via multiple channels will help us deliver timely and effective customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
