Job Overview

We're scaling our organization and seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key player, you'll provide outstanding customer service experiences, ensure client satisfaction, and aid them in achieving their objectives.

  • Develop strong relationships with assigned clients and drive retention through personalized support.
  • Aid clients in setting and meeting their goals using our platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer success with a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and analytical.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic environment.
