Customer Service Advocate

At Remote Growth Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE to join our collections team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing overdue payments and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related roles, with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. They should also possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain clean and accurate CRM records.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. In addition, our flexible working hours allow you to work during U.S. business hours, with the flexibility to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Payment Follow-Ups: Reach out to customers with overdue payments and provide clear, professional options for resolution.
- CRM Management: Keep customer records accurate and detailed for streamlined processes and reporting.
- Customer Communication: Deliver high-quality service representative of the brand's ethos.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities to upsell workshops and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
