At LetsDressUp (LDU), a pioneering fashion company, we're building an inclusive brand that empowers women to dress up in their size and style sustainably. As a Customer Success Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat purchases.

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a WFH Customer Success Executive. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA and a night shift schedule from 5 PM to 2 AM. Freshers are also encouraged to apply with a minimum experience of 6 months.

Job Overview:

As a Customer Success Executive, your primary objective will be to guide customers through their shopping journey, provide exceptional support, and build strong relationships to drive repeat purchases. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers in navigating our website, explaining our products, and encouraging them for their first purchase.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide timely assistance and resolution for any issues related to orders, shipping, or returns to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Discount Updates: Keep customers informed about ongoing discounts on our website.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their shopping experience, product satisfaction, and suggestions for improvement, and communicate insights to relevant teams.
  • Proactive Outreach: Reach out to customers proactively to address any potential concerns, offer assistance, and ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers, such as loyalty programs, exclusive offers, and personalized communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream including business, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service, customer success, or sales, preferably in e-commerce or fashion, would be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and customer support tools.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of women's fashion trends and preferences.
