Facilities Operations Overview
This role oversees the day-to-day operations of Aristocrat Technologies India P/L facilities. Key responsibilities include managing housekeeping, security, transport, space planning and management, cafeteria services, technical infrastructure upkeep, and ensuring overall HSE compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Upkeep, Housekeeping and Security: Ensure adequate housekeeping consumable supplies, manpower planning and evaluation, compliances, vendor invoice processing, and employee concerns resolution
- Transport Management: Manage transport requests, ensure transport compliances, employee transport share to payroll processing, Uber for Business profile management, and employee queries handling
- Space Management: Allocate seats to Departments, Space IQ tool updation, allocation and maintenance reports generation, and additional seating and storage spaces evaluation
- Travel Management: Oversee travel bookings, logistics, vendor invoices, SAP Concur billing processes, corporate credit card expense submissions, and travel policy adherence
- Cafeteria Management: Ensure smooth cafeteria operations, vendor management, food queries and complaints handling, weekly menu management, food quality assurance, inventory management, and vendor invoice processing
- Technical Infrastructure Management: Maintain technical systems, periodic PPMs, critical equipment tracking, AMC renewal, and application management
- HSE and Fire & Safety Audits: Ensure overall HSE compliance, fire and safety audits handling, and statutory requirements adherence
- Vendor Management, Cost Control and Budget: Coordinate with landlord, evaluate vendor services and costs, drive efficiencies, prepare budget inputs, and annual plans
- Miscellaneous: Process facility-related invoices, oversee asset movements, ensure related documentation, and submit periodic reports
Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Administration and Facility Management, including travel and vendor management in a corporate setup. The ideal candidate should possess good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and working knowledge of SAP Concur tool. They should also be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks, effectively manage a small team, and have high customer-centricity and problem-solving abilities.
