Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including canteen, transport, housekeeping, and sanitation services.
2. Prepare and manage budgets for all department expenditures and track expenses.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including statutory compliances.
4. Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
5. Oversee the maintenance and upgradation of company infrastructure.
6. Support daily operations and plan efficient administrative procedures.
7. Facilitate in organizing office activities and events.
8. Coordinate with MSIL locations for administrative operations.
Requirements:
