Facilities Executive Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise facilities' needs and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Work with facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to ensure administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.
- Strive for continuous improvement in processes.
- Monitor property supplies and ensure adequate stocks and materials.
- Manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and handle crisis management and business continuity plans.
- Monitor property budget and ensure enough petty cash for operations.
- Review and ensure compliance with vendor invoice processes.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of property operations.
- Hold a degree in business or hotel and building management.
- At least three to five years' experience in facilities management.
- Demonstrate good working knowledge in occupational safety.
- Aptitude in client-centric operations.
- Solid background in team management.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
