Business Development Associate - Supply Chain Operations


Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales and product teams. You will be responsible for closing working with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.

Graduate in any discipline with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in MIS preparation, tracking of repayments, fees, and disbursement status. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting is also desirable.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and track MIS reports for large corporate clients across PAN India.
  • Monitor repayment and fees status, and ensure timely sanction terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to prepare monthly pipeline reports.
  • Track daily pipeline and resolve TDS queries.
  • Manage post-disbursement activities, including collection, deferral, and PDD.
  • Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to resolve issues related to overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection.
  • Collect deferral MIS from CAD teams and coordinate region-wise closure.
  • Monitor collections of all corporate cases.
  • Inform RMs about overdues on a daily basis and prepare visit reports, opportunity reports, and lead reports.
  • Provide region-wise data on a weekly basis and prepare PowerPoint presentations for MD reviews.

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in MIS preparation, tracking of repayments, fees, and disbursement status.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
