Product Visionary Role

A key member of our team, this role will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy for insurtech products/platforms. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.

About the Position:
  • Lead and contribute to the execution of product lifecycle processes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements.
  • Evaluate product performance and transition products from development to commercialization.
  • Manage technical discussions with engineering teams and thoroughly manage technical/business requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Mentor/drive a team of product managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization.
  • Research and prototype innovative technologies and products.
  • Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in product management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's/master's or equivalent degree in technology or related field.
  • Strong background of working as a technical & functional product manager or business analyst/product analyst in an enterprise environment.
