Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5–6 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, preferably in EdTech or education-adjacent sectors.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Additional qualifications include experience working with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar. A strong understanding of educational technology and its applications is also highly valued.
