Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • They will manage the reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • They will handle courier, mail, and document coordination.
  • They will schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
  • They will maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • They will provide administrative support to management when required.
  • They will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • They will divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
  • They will assist in sending brochures to potential clients.
  • They will prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • They will maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3 – 5 years of work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
