Our low-code test automation platform empowers everyone in the team to author test cases using plain English statements and run tests across thousands of browsers and devices.
This is unlike legacy test automation frameworks that require knowledge of coding, thus enabling QA teams of all sizes to start automating their tests in weeks as opposed to months.
Hundreds of leading QA teams across the world use our platform to release quality software at speed and scale. Some notable customers include Cisco, Samsung, Bosch, Honeywell, and American Psychological Association.
Responsibilities:- Design and run onboarding programs to ramp new hires and upskill the team.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product changes.
- Align sales process with buyer journey, closing skill gaps across the funnel.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with messaging and resources.
- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
- Act as coach and advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.
- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
