Key Risk Management Position

We are seeking an accomplished Risk Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's risk landscape. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing credit risk models and associated frameworks.

  • Develop, implement, and review credit risk models & associated frameworks in an unsecured rural/semi-urban lending context.
  • Implement and monitor credit risk strategies across the lending life cycle, including acquisition, underwriting, cross-sell, and collections.
  • Review the portfolio on a periodic basis across various risk metrics for early warning signals and analyze portfolio trends to track portfolio quality on accepted risk parameters.
  • Ensure risk policies are timely reviewed and reflect the dynamic external environment and internal risk appetite.
  • Analyze industry data at scale, prepare MIS/Dashboards, and apprise senior management on changing market conditions.
  • Regularly review processes for adherence to risk policies and ensure controls are effectively in place and working.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to strengthen the risk framework.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Hold a BTech or MTech degree from a reputable Tier 1 institution.
  • Have 3-6 years of experience in managing risk within a NBFC/Fintech/Lending organization.
  • Possess 2+ years of expertise in Python and SQL, which is mandatory.
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of data and ability to bring valuable insights.
  • Display sound knowledge of statistical models.
  • Experience in Microfinance/MSME Lending is an added advantage.
