Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective risk mitigation.

  • This includes developing and implementing a robust Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization, aligning with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will design and implement an internal control system to identify and mitigate risks, promoting a culture of risk awareness and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities

The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular reviews of business processes, identifying control gaps and deficiencies, and developing recommendations for improvement and risk mitigation.

  • This includes preparing and maintaining comprehensive Risk Registers (RCSA), facilitating informed decision-making and risk assessment.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with Principal Risk Owners to identify key risks and develop action plans to address gaps in mitigating measures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Principles of risk management, including risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
  • A strong knowledge of control frameworks and ability to design and evaluate effectiveness of controls embedded within business processes.
