Key to a successful IT GRC Manager is leading an organization-wide compliance program, ensuring that all IT activities meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Compliance Program Management: Spearhead the organization's compliance program, guaranteeing that all IT processes meet the specified requirements.
  2. IT Governance: Implement a robust IT Governance framework, overseeing both internal and external IT procedures.
  3. Risk Frameworks: Maintain in-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, applying best practices to ensure organizational resilience.
  4. Reporting: Develop schedules for regular reporting, including metrics analysis and insights for leadership.
  5. Risk Readiness: Collaborate with the ERM team to assess risk readiness across the entire IT landscape.

As an advisor to process owners, you will provide expertise and strategic guidance on governance and compliance matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating IT Audit policies and procedures, as well as coordinating and tracking all information technology-related audits.

For this role, we seek candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an IT-related field, accompanied by relevant security certifications. Prior experience in related industries is essential, coupled with deep understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, complemented by excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience.
