We are seeking a highly skilled Captain to fill a role at a reputable hotel in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely service delivery.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- They will greet and welcome guests promptly in a friendly manner.
- Assist guests with table reservations and seating.
- Ensure guests are serviced within specified time frames.
- Able to answer questions regarding menu options and assist with menu selections.
- Anticipate unexpected guest needs and react promptly and tactfully.
- Serve food courses and beverages to guests.
- Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
- Record transactions/orders in Point of Sales systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with Point of Sales systems.
- Basic computer skills.
