Strategic Leadership Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and vision as the Chief Executive Officer.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. They will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategic roadmap of the incubation center, ensuring alignment with government policies and startup ecosystem goals.

A key aspect of this role is designing and executing incubation, acceleration, and pre-incubation programs that foster high-potential startups and entrepreneurs. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with corporates, investors, academic institutions, and government bodies to establish collaborations and drive international linkages.

In addition, you will ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws, maintain transparency and accountability, and drive outcome-based evaluations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and implement the strategic plan of the incubation center aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Incubation Program Management: Design and execute incubation, acceleration, and pre-incubation programs.
  • Financial Sustainability & Fundraising: Mobilize resources through CSR partnerships, government grants, international agencies, and institutional support.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development: Forge collaborations with corporates, investors, academic institutions, and government bodies.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA
  • 10+ years' experience in business-related field
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
