Job Title: Architectural Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, and SOPs to provide a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:
  • NIT/BITS/IIT or an MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools are preferred qualifications.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • A structured thought process and strong analytical ability are crucial for success.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is necessary.
  • Effective management of strategic alliances and business partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants is vital.
