WordPress Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to help expand our WordPress services.

This role is focused on lead generation, proposal drafting, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

  • Identify and qualify leads through various platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, and targeted email outreach
  • Understand client requirements and develop accurate, technically sound proposals for WordPress projects
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope project timelines, features, and cost estimates
  • Share proposals, handle queries, and follow up with leads until closure
  • Maintain proper lead tracking and communication history in project management tools
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in WordPress, plugins, page builders, PHP, and related services
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal development teams

Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or presales for IT/web development services
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, custom development, CMS usage, plugins, and themes
  • Familiarity with hosting, domain configuration, or frontend/backend workflows
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and client proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Awareness of tools like Upwork, Indeed, freelancer.com, Google Docs, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, and Slack
