Job Title: Experienced WordPress Developer

We are seeking a seasoned WordPress developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, implementing and maintaining WordPress-based websites for clients.

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client specifications.
  • Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress websites, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client specifications.
  • Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in WordPress development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
  • Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with custom coding in WordPress, including developing custom functionality, hooks, and filters.
  • Proficiency in PHP and MySQL for customizing WordPress functionality beyond standard themes and plugins.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug custom code efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when implementing custom solutions to meet project requirements.
