Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Implement RTCDP: Lead the configuration and implementation of Adobe Real-Time CDP to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Dataflow Configuration & Implementation: Design and implement source and destination connectors to process, transform, and deliver data based on requirements.
  • Data Management & Segmentation: Develop and manage audience segments, data schemas, data collection, and data purge processes to ensure effective and compliant data usage.
  • Customer Insights & Personalization: Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to build and maintain customer profiles and deliver personalized, real-time experiences.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize RTCDP processes, identifying areas for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, IT, and Product, to support the development and execution of data-driven initiatives.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to users of the RTCDP to ensure they understand how to leverage the platform to its fullest potential.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 6 years of experience managing and working with customer-level data and creating data models.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud, specifically Adobe Real-Time CDP.
  • Proven experience in data management, audience segmentation, and data governance.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe RTCDP, including integration, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data processing, ETL, and data flow management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
