Role Summary:
The Senior Program Manager will serve as the central team lead and primary point of contact for interventions in Haryana, ensuring successful project implementation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

1. Lead collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within Haryana initiatives.
2. Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs and contribute to organizational learning.
Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. 8-10 years of experience in program management with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
Skills:
1. Proficient in data monitoring and analysis with strong ability to interpret and utilize data.
2. Excellent project management skills with ability to create and execute strategic plans.
Abilities:
1. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational landscapes.
2. Capacity to work under pressure with tight timelines, adapt to changing project requirements, and ensure timely deliverables.
