Job Description
  • Guide research processes and deliverables of proprietary projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Oversee efforts of research teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine study scopes, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive staff performance to successful completion of studies, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure content and quality of studies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Write and review reports for proprietary studies, presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct primary interviews to obtain critical insights and information, utilizing expertise to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management, leveraging analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team, navigating complex projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
