Job Overview

This is a leadership position that oversees the sales and profitability of building materials across an assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement category expansion strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing and sales strategies.

As a seasoned leader, you will own the regional profit and loss (P&L) for building materials, managing key metrics including revenue, gross margin, cost of goods, and working capital.

Candidate Requirements
  • 10–18 years of experience in procurement, category management, or supply chain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, handle regional P&L, and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of building materials procurement, pricing structures, and vendor ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
