Human Resources Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and maintaining accurate employee records. They will identify and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, arrange interviews, and communicate with both candidates and departments throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Process: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by preparing necessary documents and providing them with a comprehensive overview of company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update inventory sheets, procure office infrastructure, and manage vendors as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle petty cash and document financial transactions accurately.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and other employee records.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

A passion for administration and attention to detail is essential for this role.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding confidentiality and discretion.
