As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of our social media presence. This role involves driving business objectives through creative social media strategies, leveraging various platforms to engage with diverse audiences and cultivate meaningful brand experiences.

This position demands an individual with exceptional leadership skills, able to effectively manage cross-functional teams, including designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies. Your responsibility will be to foster a dynamic community ecosystem across multiple channels, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) in this role include tracking reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV). You will also be required to collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align social media initiatives with revenue, brand, and employer branding goals.

The ideal candidate should possess 5-8 years of experience in leading social media efforts for high-growth consumer brands. A proven track record of growing accounts from 100k to 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social media is essential. Additionally, strong analytical and creative skills are necessary, alongside excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement abilities.
