Your Role:
  1. IDentify and gather necessary non-functional requirements
  2. Derive NFR based stats on discussion with Business & Architects
  3. Knowledge on scenario creation for basic types (Peak , Soak , Stress) & advance types (spike , scalability etc.) of performance tests
  4. Extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , to conduct performance testing
  5. Experience in monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools
  6. Working knowledge on tools like Postman for API & able to understand end points /payloads etc
  7. Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders with details of test carried out & their results
  8. Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions that consist of web, client, and mobile technologies to ensure they meet desired performance standards under specified user loads
  9. Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management
  10. Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc
  11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  12. Very good written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
  • Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning
  • Experience in Banking domain
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics
