We are seeking a skilled Digital Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and engaging with our community across various social media platforms.

Job Description:

The Digital Community Manager will be the face of our brand online, interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and supportive community. This individual will also be responsible for monitoring customer reviews and user sentiment, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner, and mitigating negative feedback through empathetic and effective communication.

In addition to community engagement, the Digital Community Manager will track and analyze conversations, sentiment, and engagement trends related to our brand and industry. They will prepare regular reports summarizing community activity, engagement metrics, and insights, and share learnings and audience feedback with relevant teams to drive improvements.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written communication skills with a human, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
  • Deep familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Experience using social media and ORM tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brand24, Google Alerts).
  • Proficiency with Canva or other visual tools to support engagement content creation.
