Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented growth marketing specialist to execute our demand generation strategy across both outbound and inbound channels.

This role will be responsible for implementing end-to-end demand generation plans, driving pipeline growth, and delivering high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Own and develop Aereo's webinar, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia through targeted demand gen strategies.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets including GCC, Brazil, and Australia is a plus.
