Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns that drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with our founders and senior marketers to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
  • Own and scale campaigns to achieve optimal ROI and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the founding team and senior marketers to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign data and optimize marketing strategies to improve performance

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
