Performance Engineering Role

About the Opportunity:

This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing, proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation, working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom scripts for performance testing scenarios.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.
  • Execute performance testing across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.
