You will also be responsible for up-selling allied services such as marketing and HR services to clients to ensure their business expansion.

You will act as a program guide during our 3-day Masterclass events ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement. Additionally, you will close high-ticket sales for our advanced coaching programs through consultative selling techniques and foster relationships to guarantee client renewals and referrals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Business Coaching:
  • Deliver coaching sessions to business owners to establish well-structured systems across essential business areas.
  1. Allied Service Upselling:
  • Evaluate clients' business challenges and upsell marketing and HR services to promote business growth.
  1. Client Growth Initiatives:
  • Lead Masterclass events, ensuring smooth execution and engaging participants.
  • Closing high-ticket sales for advanced coaching programs through consultative selling methods.
  • Foster relationships to ensure client renewal and referral opportunities.
