Director - Digital Media Management & Retail Marketing Opportunity

To drive strategic leadership and academic excellence, we are currently inviting applications for the post of Director at:

  • School of Digital Media Management
  • School of Retail Management & Digital Media Marketing

We seek dynamic, visionary, and experienced academic leaders who can shape the future of education in digital and retail marketing.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic excellence and leadership in digital media management and retail marketing.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, and industry partners to promote innovation and best practices in digital media management and retail marketing.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and diversity in the schools of digital media management and retail management.
\

Qualifications:

\
  • Ph.D. in Management from a recognized university.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) with specialization in any of the following: Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Media Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, Family Business Management.
\

Experience:

\
  • At least 15 years of combined experience in academics, industry collaboration, consultancy, or administration.
\

Prior Experience:

\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching at a university or reputed higher education institution.
  • Prior experience as a Department Head, Professor, or Director will be preferred.
\

Preferred Skills:

\
  • Digital Marketing Domain Expertise: SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing & Digital Storytelling, Web Analytics and Google Analytics, Branding & Brand Positioning in the Digital Age, Digital Media Planning & Buying, Entrepreneurial mindset and innovation in digital media.
  • Retail & E-Commerce Marketing Expertise: Retail Business Accounting & Retail Analytics, Power BI, Business Computing, and Dashboard Creation, Retail Supply Chain Management & Dropshipping Strategies, CRM in Retail and E-Commerce Platforms, Retail Franchise Management & Visual Merchandising, Entrepreneurship and Family Business Operations, Retail Store Design, Experience & Operations Management, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Retail and Consumer Insights.
