Programmatic Specialist Job Overview:

A leading marketing services company is seeking a skilled Programmatic Media Manager to service premium brands across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Agencies, and internal teams for campaign setup.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of IOs/media plans in DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon).
  • Monitor post-launch performance and resolve delivery or technical issues.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to meet KPIs.
  • Deliver performance reports and share insights with clients.
  • Use dashboards for optimization and provide business intelligence feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hardcore programmatic experience.
  • Hands-on experience of DSP platforms like DV360 / TTD / Amazon.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to spot trends in data and generate insights based on that.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital media landscapes and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
