Tender Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire tender management process from start to finish. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, execute, and manage Technical & Commercial Bid documents in accordance with specifications.
  • Manage digital signature registrations and catalog uploads on the GeM portal.
  • Coordinate tender documentation, pre-bid amendments, and compliance reviews to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Foster effective relationships with vendors, clients, and government bodies through regular communication.
  • Monitor and pursue pending payments, recovering outstanding dues efficiently.
  • Streamline workflows and implement submission trackers to significantly reduce tender turnaround time.
  • Achieve 100% compliance in all bid submissions, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
