Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in estimating, with a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree and 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation of detailed cost estimates,
• advisory services on building economics, tendering procedures, and contract arrangements,
• drafting of contract packages, including advice on amendments to standard forms,
• preparation of pricing documents for tender packages,
• provision of guidance on tendering procedures,
• drafting of instructions to tenderers,
• development of tender evaluation criteria,
• drafting of PQQ questionnaires,
• commercial evaluation of all tender submissions and negotiation with tenderers,
• identification of amounts due to contractors for price variation,
• determination of amounts of claims,
• preparation and submission of monthly Cost Reports

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree,
• chartered QS under a recognized organization,
• proficiency in IT literacy and MS Office,
• excellent written and oral communication skills in English,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work rapidly and accurately under pressure,
• capacity to coordinate with other staff and departments across Global offices located in the US,
• organized and self-motivated individual, attentive to detail, able to work independently
