Job Overview
The Operational Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our organization. This position is responsible for managing various aspects of employee experience, including onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for effective onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees
- Design and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
- Manage performance evaluations, quarterly check-ins, and annual appraisals to ensure employee growth and development
- Provide support to corporate learning and development teams as required
- Maintain facility management services, including space management, electrical, air conditioning, fire safety, internet, and minor projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain vendor lists
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze results to improve employee retention
