Channel Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Channel Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting our channel partner ecosystem, providing operational support and managing inbound requests from partners and internal stakeholders.
Job Description- Provide operational support to our channel partner program, responding to inbound requests and inquiries.
- Support both internal channel teams and external partners by managing requests and exceptions.
- Respond to and manage inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Grant access to the partner portal and ensure accurate compliance data.
- Handle exception process handling and update Partner Locator (SFDC) data.
- Act as liaison between Global Ecosystem Operations and cross-functional teams.
- Lead business process improvements and establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in case management using email-based ticketing systems.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with G-suite, ServiceNow, SFDC, and data governance activities.
