Job Title: Talent Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to own and execute every aspect of hiring across our organisation.

This role requires the ability to orchestrate multiple processes simultaneously, including job distribution, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have experience in recruitment, talent operations, or hiring design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective hiring strategies
  • Managing job postings and distribution channels
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Cordinating with hiring managers and candidates

Preferred attributes include:

  • Excellent command of Excel and Google Calendar
  • Familiarity with Indian, US, and GCC hiring regulations
  • Strong emotional intelligence and executive presence

The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to drive results, including reducing time-to-hire, decreasing cost-per-hire, and improving recruiter productivity.
