Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Loan Sales Associate to join our team at VCATCH. As a Loan Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products to potential customers in the Australian market. This role requires a Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the loan industry.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the loan industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Promote and sell loan products to potential customers in the Australian market.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
