In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the servicing of commercial real estate, construction loans, and problem loans. You will identify opportunities to improve loan processing within established procedures and perform routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the servicing of commercial real estate, construction loans, and problem loans
- Identifying ways to improve loan processing within established procedures
- Performing routine administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Entering data, processing payments, and loan coding changes, monitoring, researching, and correcting exception reports, auditing the system of record, and processing cash management transactions
- Receiving direction from supervisors and escalating non-routine client concerns to experienced individuals
- Interacting with internal and external customers to respond to raised concerns and determine the appropriate course of action
- Serving as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiating, and enacting settlements accordingly
Wells Fargo has recently entered into an agreement to sell the third-party servicing function of Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) to Trimont Global LLC (Trimont). The sale is expected to close in early 2025, but we are continuing to recruit for open positions supporting CMS.
Required qualifications include:
- 6+ months of commercial loan servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
