The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a SME Associate (L&D) in our Ed Tech company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving education transformation in Indian government schools.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be a facilitator who connects different stakeholders of the education ecosystem, aligns them for the common mission of education transformation, and is open to working in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for advocating new techniques and strategies to transform government schools, and will have effective communication skills in Kannada and English, good self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.

The Requirements

  • Strong academic background in English/Kannada or M.Sc. in Sciences- Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry, B, E / MTech, B.Ed. / M.Ed. – Any specialization
  • Knowledge of NCERT and DSERT curriculum, Science Pedagogy
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Passion for education and social change, and willingness to learn & work in Govt School space
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills in both Kannada and English are mandatory
  • Ability to collaborate with Officers of the education dept and internal team members towards attainment of both individual and collective team goals
  • Strong analytical skills, working knowledge of tools like Excel, Power point, word is necessary
  • Ability to travel frequently, with most travel being to Education Offices in district and Blocks, and sometimes to Cluster level Centres and Schools
