Overall Experience : 6 to 10 Years


Job Description :

- Design, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure and its associated components

- Oversee the deployment of software, updates, and operating systems via SCCM

- Monitor and optimize SCCM performance and ensure high availability

- Good Experience in all SCCM-related technical issues and scenarios

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution for SCCM and associated services

- Develop and maintain SCCM documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, SOP's and procedures

- Good Experience in SCCM-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments

- Implement security best practices to protect data and maintain system integrity

- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve SCCM efficiency and effectiveness

- Stay current with industry trends and updates related to SCCM and related technologies

- Good experience with SCCM/ConfigManager, including hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and management

- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Preferred

- Advanced knowledge of SCCM and its integration with other systems and tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks

- He/she need to be strong on the SCCM/Intune back-end in order to manage the overall system and be the SME in the area of systems management.

- Upgrades of SCCM application to the latest versions

- Migrate all endpoints from Microsoft SCCM to Microsoft Intune

- Should have good experience with Intune as well.
