Job Summary

OptOut is seeking a Senior DevOps Expert to lead the development of a world-class DevOps enablement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining a team of DevOps Subject Matter Experts globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy for DevOps enablement, including building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Create a center of excellence for DevOps, including developer velocity, end-to-end quality, and security.
  • Define and communicate best DevOps practices to product engineering teams.
  • Partner with the education team to measure and improve learning outcomes and DevOps enablement.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and prioritize enablement initiatives.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate tough discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues when needed.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in DevOps transformation, including end-to-end visibility of product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in Lean Product management, OKR, Agile development, shift-left testing, and shift-left security.
  • Strong leadership traits, including emotional intelligence and experience with organizational change management.
  • Ability to work asynchronously in a remote, distributed team and lead global teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
