Job Description
  • Develop innovative data solutions for field operations and high-frequency workflows
  • Design and implement statistical models for customer behavior prediction and risk segmentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in Data Analyst or Data Scientist roles at operations-heavy startups
  • Proven track record of developing advanced propensity modeling experience is mandatory for Senior Candidates
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative fields
  • Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), Power BI/Tableau, and Statistical modeling for operational decision-making
