HR Business Partner
Job Description:
We seek an accomplished HR professional to drive workforce capability, improve engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Training & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, and HR Automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs, create comprehensive HRD calendars, and design customized learning modules.
- Manage training budgets, select internal/external trainers, and coordinate sessions across departments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, maintain records, and collect feedback for improvement actions.
- Performance Management & Career Planning:
- Design and streamline the organization's Performance Management System (PMS).
- Facilitate KRA and goal-setting processes, finalize performance ratings, and manage promotion interviews.
- Operate a dedicated PMS Help Desk and introduce Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Talent Management & Employee Engagement:
- Coordinate Development Assessment Centers, create Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and promote high engagement and development.
- Conduct Organizational Health Survey (OHS) implementation and follow-up actions, and track OHS action plans.
- Industrial Relations & Relationship Management:
- Handle union negotiations, resolve grievances, and maintain extensive networks with cross-functional teams.
- Represent HR leadership at the plant level and engage positively with employees.
- Compensation Management:
- Maintain salary, increment, and performance-linked incentive records.
- Update compensation structures based on internal and market-driven needs.
- Statutory Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Conduct internal and external HR audits and implement improvement actions.
- HR Automation & Process Digitization:
- Implement end-to-end Onboarding and Exit Portal, develop digital dashboards, and integrate systems with SAP HANA OM module.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proficiency in SAP HR, SAP HANA, MS Office Suite, and HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
