Job Title

Senior Business Analyst with Healthcare Expertise

Gather, analyze and document business requirements related to regulations such as HIPAA, CMS, NCQA and state-specific guidelines.

  • Act as liaison between compliance and legal teams during audits or regulatory updates.

  • Coordinate development and validation of member-facing collateral such as Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) and provider directories.
  • Partner with marketing and compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
