Job Overview

The Construction Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring seamless project execution.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including claims and related matters.
  • Familiarize yourself with Employer's requirements based on the Conditions of Contract and project schedule.
  • Identify changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost, and notify the employer in a timely manner.
  • Track submitted claims, prepare contractual justification, and substantiate Contractor's claims.
  • Present claim details to the Advocate and update claim status to RO/HO.
  • Coordinate with the project team, prepare EOT applications, and assist in presenting to the employer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the reporting manager and prepare additional reports/work as directed.
  • Meet deadlines without delay and work under pressure.
Requirements:

This role requires strong cost management and communication skills. Familiarity with standard methods of measurement is essential, along with sound contract administration and management skills.

  • Effective cost control techniques are crucial for this position.
  • Excellent project commercial management skills are necessary.
