Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction cost manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the costs associated with our construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to minimize project costs and optimize value for money.
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project schedules and resource plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders on cost-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and construction management systems.
