Key Responsibilities:

  3. Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.\\\
  4. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.\\\
  5. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.\\\
  6. Manage bank payments and receipts, optimize working capital, and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.\\\
  7. Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\\\
  8. Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.\\\
  9. Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.\\\
  10. Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.\\\
  11. Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.\\\
  12. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.\\\
  13. Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.\\\
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel.\\\
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\\\
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.\\\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
